Step 1: Setup
Set up your artwork in your graphics software, then print it to the Laser Dashboard. One of the designs uses two layers of acrylic, in our case the frosted green and white “Theo” tag. For this, you’ll want to apply adhesive backing that you can remove after cutting to apply on the base piece. We found the 300LSE is the best adhesive to apply to frosted acrylic without it showing through each layer.
Step 2: Send the Job to the Laser
After you’ve modified the artwork to your liking, insert your material and focus the machine. You may need to test your speed/power/frequency settings prior to cutting. Send the job to the laser with the correct parameters for your machine/wattage.
Step 3: Assemble the tags
If your tags have multiple pieces, assemble them together, then attach them to your Easter basket using ribbon or string of your choice.
Step 4: Attach the tags to your Easter basket
Attach the custom name tags to your Easter basket and decorate as you please!
