Each frame is broken up into files for each
different color of foam that the frame is made
up of, to make it easy to recreate the frames.
Change any text in the files to the names
of your choice (in the case of the Hannah and
Zach frame) or if you are making the Heart
frame, change the "G" to the initial
of your choice.
If you are creating your own design, the best
way is to design your piece in Corel using
the colors of foam that you will be using first,
to get a good idea of how it will look when
finished, then separate the colors into separate
files. |

If you are using sticky-backed foam, remove the backing from the foam before
cutting to achieve the best edge quality possible.
When printing the files to the laser, the Hannah and Zach frame is set up for
Vector only, while the Heart and Brothers also use Raster. |

Lay out the pieces you have cut, then place
them on the frame. If you are using sticky
backed foam, you can stick the pieces directly
to the frame, or if it is not sticky back,
you can attach the pieces with glue. |
